Ce moulin est une copie du moulin de Grimaud, conçu au XVIIème siècle. Les propriétaires ayant eu un coup de cœur pour cette superbe architecture, ils ont décidé de le reproduire sur le domaine.

This windmill is a copy of the Grimaud windmill, designed in the XVIIth century. The owners had a crush on this superb architecture and decided to reproduce it on the estate.

Le domaine s’est doté en 2018, d’un somptueux caveau de dégustation et de réception. Ce grand bâtiment a été conçu spécifiquement pour offrir une vue panoramique à 180.

La présence de ruines d’un très ancien petit village a permis la reconstitution d’une minuscule chapelle d’inspiration Romane.
